Here we have a special Cartier Baignoire Petite model: This is a “pre-merger” Baignoire, and what makes it special is that it is powered by a Jaeger-LeCoultre-based DuoPlan movement, which is wound via a crown on the watch’s case back. Another unique feature is that the watch comes with the correct rose gold deployant clasp. At 20mm wide, it appears relatively small, but it’s also a great watch for men.

Condition
The case is in excellent condition for its age, and the engravings on the case back are perfectly legible. All threads are intact, and the crown is well-preserved. The crystal has two visible scratches, which, however, stand out more in the photos than they do in reality. The dial was once replaced by Cartier—and Cartier did a masterful job—the font, color, and printing are fabulous. The matching hands are also fitted. The folding clasp closes securely, is also in great condition, and bears the correct engravings. You will receive only the freshly serviced watch in a Cartier service case.
