Drama baby - Pictures are looking worse than in reality - But this beauty has been worn and as far as I can see, not polished, which is what I love. The 2966 actually is a watch I had on my wrist for the last 2 weeks because it just makes a lot of fun. For some reason the Santos Octagon is not as popular as the rectangle shaped brother, but I think the time will come soon.

The case and bracelet are showing many marks and signs of wear, but the case is fat and looks nearly unpolished. The bracelet does not show a lot of stretch in is in a nice condition. The dial shows some stains towards the case, but is overall in a decent condition. The hands are showing minimal oxidation. The movement has just been serviced and therefore runs absolutely flawless. This watch is ready to have a lot of fun with and let's be honest, we have seen so many Galbees, Carrees, Tanks,..., why not try an Octagon?
