The case overall is in impressive condition, showing strong, sharp steps, clear hallmarks, and a beautiful, rich dark patina underlining the authenticity and unpolished nature of this 2525. The crown has been replaced in the past and bears the Calatrava cross. The crystal shows minor scratches, but nothing that steals the dial's show. The dial itself is in beautiful condition given its age, with the hard-raised signatures perfectly preserved and crisp. The small seconds hand is also correct and in equally fine condition as the Dauphine hour and minute hands. The era-correct solid gold Wenger-made pin buckle features a matching patina.
